Conversation info
Renaming a conversation, seeing its agents, and the files filed while it went on.
Conversation info is about one conversation. Open it with Info in the conversation’s header, or by clicking its title; on a phone, tap the title. The back arrow returns to the conversation.

From the top, it shows:
- The title, and when and by whom the conversation was started, such as “Started today at 9:14 AM by you”. A conversation can also be started by one of your agents, or by a delegate’s report.
- Title. A conversation’s title comes from your first message. To change it, edit it here and click Rename. A title can be up to 60 characters.
- Agent, or Agents when there are several: each agent with what it is for. Click one to open its Agent info. In a conversation with several agents, the one that answers untagged messages is marked “Leads”.
- New conversation with the same agents, with a line saying whether the agent’s current session takes it in or your first message starts one.
- Filed in this conversation: the files the agents filed things to while this conversation went on, with when. What is filed here carries into every future session of the agent.
